Welcome!

After a long hiatus I figured I would get back into blogging, only this time I thought I might blog about one of my passions: beer. I'm toying with the idea of starting a brewery or a brewpub due to my upcoming unemployment and all the comments I'm getting about the quality of my homebrew, and I thought this might be an interesting creative outlet.
